Promotion of Access to Information - Manual and Form Promotion of Access to Information - Manual and Form 2008 [ Access to Information Manual (67Kb < 1min)] [ Form A: Request for access to record of public body (134Kb ~ 1 min)] The Promotion of Access to Information Act, No 2 of 2000 gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information as contemplated in Section 32 of the Constitution. The CHE's Access to Information Manual assists persons requesting access to records in the possession or under the control of the CHE. Form A: Request for access to record of public body is for requesting access to information.
