In accordance with its mandate to contribute to the development of higher education through publications, the Council on Higher Education (CHE) produces a range of publications: research reports, policy reports, policy advice reports, policy documents, discussion documents, occasional papers, conference reports, newsletters, the CHE's Higher Education Discussion Series Kagisano, and organisational brochures. When necessary, the CHE also issues press releases.
