Resource Centre Welcome to the Council on Higher Education's (CHE) Resource Centre. Please note that we are a reference library only and our resources may not be borrowed. However, visitors are welcome to the Centre to browse through the resources. The Resource Centre acts as the custodian of all the CHE's information, publications and documentation and as a repository for various higher education related information and documentation. The Resource Centre supports the research and information needs of the CHE with a focus on information services to CHE Standing Committees, Task Teams and Projects.
