Partners in Quality Literacy Deans of students On 5 November 2004, the South African Association of Senior Student Affairs Professionals (SAASSAP) invited the HEQC to do a presentation on its Quality Literacy Project for students. Both organizations agreed to work together in promoting quality in student affairs. Student development officers The National Association of Student Development Officers (NASDEV) and the HEQC have a partnership agreement on promoting quality among student leaders and general student population. These two organization have agreed to host a joint training workshop for NASDEV members on quality assurance and quality promotion in student affairs in March 2005. This workshop will be held at the University of Western Cape, and the Centre for the Study of Higher Education will be hosting it.
